Accurate and up-to-date information about brokers, landlords, tenants, property managers, lease rates, credit history and more, will be shared through Multiple Listing Service (MLS) blockchain. It transforms property search into a quick, easy and transparent process.
Their blockchain technology provides excellent security and the use of the web, mobile apps, and other technologies to provide a convenient and efficient access point for online payments, decision making, and property management.
Their whitepaper provides a great insight into the company’s compelling argument on the opportunity this innovation can present to the $3385 trillion commercial real estate industry. We find that these solutions can be quite impactful, beneficial, and quite promising as well as the foreseeable growth of 450% in demand for the next three years.
Token sales start on August 15, and a public pre-sale will be held on August 1.

Their Founder & CEO has an extensive background in e-commerce and mobile commerce. Together with his team has the collection of skills and experience in the blockchain, marketing, real estate, etc.
They have partners from a couple of blockchain and blockchain technology advisors ICOBox, CoinMarketLaunch and Kubide. Plus additional advisors from different fields, who are mostly based in the UK.

The AgentMile ESTATE Token is an EIP-20 Standard-based Ethereum token. They reward users in estate tokens for registering on their platform, reviewing or promoting the property, sharing data and completing lease and rental agreements.
Their goal is to sell $20 million tokens, valued at $0.20 each. 71% of the tokens will be allocated for sale. The AgentMile team receives 7% of the tokens and bounty participants, and advisers get 12%. The remaining 10%, which is the Reserved fund, will be primarily used to reward new customers and for brokers who review properties on AgentMile.
The token sale will be held at the Q2 this year; from August 15 to October 17. They will reward 50% to purchasers during the pre-sale and 43% to 5% per week for token sale bonus.

We have little doubt that the project can achieve all of its goals; they have a very credible plan especially with AgentDrive and AgentGrow serving as their stepping stone.
Commercial real estate websites with listing and customer reviews do exist and are accessible on the internet. But, with features like online payments, property digital identities, real estate CRM and virtual reality, AgentMile is relatively unique and innovative in its concept. AgentMile would revolutionise not only real estate but also blockchain.
From AgentDrive’s launch in 2015, managing 100,000 properties in 20 countries and the launching of AgentGrow during Q1 of this year, AgentMile has been able to keep up with their roadmap. They are not short of customers, and there are a great need and demand for tools such as their project.

AgentMile can change how commercial real estate transactions are done. They provide a great solution for problems like property search, property and cash flow management, transparency, decision making and so much more. They envision a market that could cater to landlords and tenants alike, making all process convenient, simple and fast.
They have a more than capable team that has already proven themselves on their AgentDrive and AgentGrow projects. They have great partners and advisors to support their team. It also helps that they don’t have much of a competitor who can deliver the same services they promise.
With a sound plan, that is achievable; we think that AgentMile can live up to fulfill their goals. Their projected return on investment might be far-fetched and contingency allotment, small. However, their USD 20 million hard cap and a high percentage of token for sale seem to be a good sign.
