We will help facilitate this, to make sure attendees get to make some contacts and understand who is who in the event.

2 PM - Welcome Speech

We’ll open the meeting with introduction of the event, announcements, and greet our presenters for the day.

2:30 PM - Round Table Panel

We will have a group of business experts up front to discuss various trends in the industry. It will have a common theme for the day, and we will have a moderator keep the conversation moving forward and engaging.

3:30 PM - Q&A

Let’s hear from the audience. What questions do you have for the people in the round table. Talk about some specific case studies and examples, or dig deeper on a specific topic.

4 PM - Networking + Snacks

This event starts after lunch. While we will have drinks and snacks, we suggest you have your meal beforehand so you aren’t too hungry and can focus on the event.
