Use Our Address For Your Company
Next we’ll update your address with the Company Registry and Business Registration departments. From your current secretary over to our address. You can also update your bank account so that the mail comes here, if you like.
Will you authorize us to open and scan then email your mail? If so, we’ll have you sign off an authorization letter to us (optional). Else we will keep your mail safe and mail it to where you instruct us.
Would You Like Us To Help With Bookkeeping and Audits?
Another value add service we offer is the ongoing bookkeeping. We’re Quickbooks Pro Advisors, and know that best. But of course we can help you with Xero or other softwares as well, please let us know your accounting software when inquiring.
By having us help with your bookkeeping, on a monthly basis we will give you status reports of your company financial status. Then, when your year end comes and you need to file your audit, we got your back. We can take you financial reports and complete your audit without skipping a beat.

Hong Kong Address.

Hong Kong Company Secretary.
This isn’t an owner / director of your business, but someone on the ground in Hong Kong qualified to help you with government forms and filing. They normally help with the Annual return as well as can help with other filings as they come in. BRC Yearly Filing.
This is the one renewable document you need to do each year to keep your company in good standing. Its the BRC, which stands for the Business Registration Certificate. Forgetting to file this on time will cost penalties, and if forgotten too long could get you in legal issues. Yearly Audits.
You’ll need to file an auditor report yearly. This comes in the form of the IRD (Internal Revenue Department) sending you a Profit Tax Return in the mail. Once they send this, you have a couple months to prepare all your books and financial statements and have a licensed HK CPA sign off on it in his auditor report. Bookkeeping (optional).
You don’t need a HK based accountant to do this, but if the books are kept in order then the yearly audit (above) will be much smoother than sending in a bunch of bank statements and Paypal transactions. “Local in HK” Pack
This is the basic, bare boned plan. You’re living in Hong Kong, and want to do a few parts of the maintenance and upkeep yourself. Basically, you just need us to be your company secretary – you do the rest on your own.
* Company Secretary Transfer Fee. We need to process the paperwork for you to assign us as your company secretary. We’ll do this for a nominal fee in good faith we’ll be working together long term!
* No virtual address plan. We don’t have the company address here – you may have your own office or other means to put an address in HK for your government correspondence address and other HK business matters.
* Company secretary. We help you with the upkeep of your company documents and can help represent you in interfacing with the HK government for your business matters. This includes the NAR1 (Annual Return) fee and filing help.
* No BRC help. You will file and pay for the BRC yourself directly.
* Yearly audit help. This will be included, we’ll help you prepare your audit and profit tax return once you get the notice in the mail. Please bring it to us as we will not be receiving your mail under the package. We will quote you our best price as being part of this bundle, and give you a 10% discount on our normal rates.
* No bookkeeping help. You will be doing the bookkeeping on your own, hopefully you are actually doing it and not just piling up a bunch of bank statements. The better you do on your bookkeeping, the better quotation we can give you on the audit preparation.
Globetrotter Package
Are you on the road? Don’t have an address in Hong Kong, nor have time or interest to DIY some of the government forms and other matters. This plan is for you, and we keep it reasonable so that you can grow your business while still not dealing with the HK company upkeep matters.
* FREE Company Secretary Transfer. We will cover the fee to process the paperwork for you to assign us as your company secretary. We’ll do this free in good faith we’ll be working together long term!
* Virtual address plan. Because you’re always on the road, we’ll be your correspondence address in Hong Kong. This package will include the basic services of receiving government and bank mail.
* Company secretary. We help you with the upkeep of your company documents and can help represent you in interfacing with the HK government for your business matters. This includes the NAR1 (Annual Return) fee and filing help.
* BRC help. Because you don’t want to be bothered with filing it yourself, we can bundle this together with your company secretary package. You pay us, we’ll file it for you.
* Yearly audit help. This will be included, we’ll help you prepare your audit and profit tax return once you get the notice in the mail. We will receive the profit tax return because we’re the correspondence address for the Hong Kong government offices. We will quote you our best price as being part of this bundle, and give you a 15% discount off our normal rates.
* Basic bookkeeping Questions & Advice. We’ll get you onto our Quickbooks pro software plan and help you get it all caught up and current. We’ll oversee the basics and assist with questions you have when you enter your own transactions. This plan is not including us entering the transactions, we act as an advisor and you can ask us questions when you or someone in your team is entering the transactions. Premiere Package
Doing decent revenues and an established business? Know the value of having an expert just take care of everything? You may have a HK office already, but still just want us to receive all the government and banking things and take care of your company upkeep without involving and confusing your company secretary.
* FREE Company Secretary Transfer. We will cover the fee to process the paperwork for you to assign us as your company secretary. We’ll do this free in good faith we’ll be working together long term!
* Virtual address plan. Because you just want us to take care of the government filings, it will be sent to us direct. We’ll be your correspondence address in Hong Kong. This package will include the basic services of receiving government and bank mail, as you’ll have your own office in Hong Kong with your secretary and administrative team.
* Company secretary. We help you with the upkeep of your company documents and can help represent you in interfacing with the HK government for your business matters. This includes the NAR1 (Annual Return) fee and filing help.
