We Look Forward to Seeing You There!

“I highly recommend the Cross Border Summit for any entrepreneur. I am not into trading, but I am a serial entrepreneur and I learned a lot from all the different speakers. It was also great networking. I got many new contacts and got different angles on my business from talking to them and listening to their suggestions.
I went home from that Summit with my head spinning and a big grin of all the possibilities, opportunities and new ideas I got from just these 2 days. If you miss this event, you miss a great chance to take your business to a new level! A must for every entrepreneur in China!”

It was great to attend the Cross Border Summit. Personally for me it was the perfect bridge between manufacturing and selling products in and to China. Most valuable for me was to get solutions from specialist and keynote speakers directly one on one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Because this is an international conference, it will be in the English language. We will also have simultaneous translation from English to Chinese for the Chinese attendees at the conference. Yes, we’re in China and we’re hosting the event in English – yup, we want to be special! China really wants to be open to the international market, and it is conferences like this that make that happen.

Most likely you will need a Chinese visa to enter China. Americans, Europeans, mostly everyone needs one. We have partners who can help you with the processing of your China visa, or you can find a service provider of your choice.

You will most likely need to get a China visa to come to Mainland China. You can apply before you leave your home country, or if you plan to spend a few days in Hong Kong before coming to China, can apply there. We wrote up a complete guide here on getting a China visa.

We can issue attendees a business invitation letter if you need it. Please email [email protected] with your ticket receipt for more information!

We have a small amount of media passes available and you can apply media pass information and application.

There are a few hotels nearby the conference, we have a blog post written up too to help you out on Shenzhen hotels.
We have an up to date VPN China guide here comparing different options so check that out and pick one that is best suitable for your situation.
Yes! Thanks for wanting to share the word about Cross Border Summit – you can find CBS event templates for email, social media and more here.

Many visitors coming to Asia go to Hong Kong first. Its a good tactic, as it is much smoother for your first time visit. But the prices of hotels and living is quite a bit higher than in Mainland China. If you want some recommended hotels from us, check out our overview of affordable yet decent hotels in Hong Kong
No, the ticket only includes the fee for the conference as listed in the ticket options in the pricing table above. We can recommend you nearby hotels if needed, or check our blog post on Shenzhen hotels here.
Yes, this year we have a massive bonus bundle, to claim and register for the drawing we will email you the instructions. To see all the bonuses, click here.
We have learned from previous events that many of the participants love to network. It is true, these live events bring together top business executives from around the world, and it is a once in a lifetime chance to have this many amazing people in the same room. So we started doing what we call round tables to end the event. This is a session we end the event with where we take select speakers from the day’s sessions and have attendees choose a “break out session” (round table) on a certain topic with a certain speaker.
We’d Love to Hear it! What do you think of the Cross Border Summit? Interested to attend? Apply to be a speaker? Your company wants to support and be a sponsor?

All of these requests are great – please contact us at [email protected] – and one of our team members will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Have feedback on ways to improve the event? Maybe this isn’t a conference you think is as good as it could be? We want to hear from you too, especially from you! We love to hear all constructive feedback.

Thanks for your interest in making this conference a success!
