We are up to 100 shows. Celebrating and it works out that I am just arriving here in America for the release. Our design team made a great image of all 100 shows on 1 file to celebrate, if you want to check it out on GlobalFromAsia.com/episode100 – and share it with your friends and colleagues on social media – that would be amazing!

We have an iTunes review – been almost a couple months since the last one, let’s read it out:

Subject: Awesome: Best Business Podcast for Entrepreneurs in China

I stumbled across the Global from Asia podcast by accident almost a year ago now and I’m very glad I did. I’ve listened to every episode since and have gained a huge amount of knowledge in the process. Michael provides an authentic and insightful view of business in China & Hong Kong, particularly for those within the entrepreneurial space, and his range of guests he interviews are always fascinating, bringing with them a fresh perspective on what can be a very complex region.ShaunCunningham, United Kingdom, 2015-09-01, 5 stars

thanks Shaun, I know we were tweeting back and forth at the Rise conference, too bad we couldn’t catch up – so happy you have listened to all of them! I’ll try to keep the momentum going!

I also wrote up a blog post to celebrate 100 shows, what I have learned, how things have changed – you can get that on the show notes for this episode if you’re curious. After today’s interview I’ll give some highlights from the blog post, so stay tuned afterwards

Ok, back to business! We have today with us Anna Wong and Constantine Spandagos from their new venture World Leader, talking about the college intern scene getting more entrepreneurial and warming up to startups.

Thanks Anna for coming on the show. Fun fact, we had been in contact for years on social media. Her venture is still very early stage, currently called World Leader – to help Hong Kong college interns get connected with top companies. Will link up the show notes with their site once its confirmed.

This show also is image heavy – with the 100 show infographic, Anna’s Women’s entrepreneur meetup collage, a group photo we took at the studio, and their own professional photo so check out the blog – not normally so many pics

K, now for some quick highlights of what I have learned from podcasting 100 shows. It is pretty tough to be honest, while doing the million other businesses I am doing and have been through over the past couple years.

But I do like the routine of it. I have been blogging since 2007 pretty actively, but never a real theme or a schedule. having this Tuesday deadline helps me a lot to stay motivated. And make systems and processes. Many ask me how I get this done, but I have good people working remotely on this Global From Asia program. Boban is in Serbia, Tim Joseph, Jean, Mindy in Philippines.

And my favorite part is the networking. have connected with great people both the interviewees and you guys listening. I love making friends all over the world.

Working on a few new initiatives for the Global From Asia community – Global From Asia TV is just getting started, and will have more webinars on a regular basis. A bit too early to get into details on it – looking forward to the next 100 shows!

Thanks again for listening
